Special Education Proposal

Education is a major focus area for The Arc US.

On April 18th President Biden unveiled his first budget proposal on education. This is the first steps toward fully funding the special education law known as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This is only a proposal and will be modified over time before the federal budget goes into effect in October.
